摘    要:介绍了一种直接测定末梢血酒精浓度的检验仪器。基于丝网印刷技术制备一次性碳电极,用Nafion固定麦尔多拉蓝(Meldola’sblue,MB)作为电子介体,通过交联法用戊二醛将乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和氧化型辅酶Ⅰ(NAD+)固定于Nafion-MB修饰的电极上,制成检测ADH催化酒精产生电化学反应形成的电流的末梢血酒精一次性生物传感器。以单片机EM78P458为中央处理控制器,负责检测生物传感器反应输出的电流,并对信号进行放大、处理和显示。实验结果表明:血酒精酶传感器便携式检测仪与自动生化分析仪测得血酒精浓度值的相关性良好。提供了一种准确检测血酒精浓度的新技术和途径。

Abstract:A new apparatus which detects directly the blood alcohol concentration(BAC)is introduced.This biosensor comprises a screen-printed carbon electrode modified with alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH),nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+) cofactor and Meldola’s blue(MB)adsorbed on nafion film.It is employed for measuring the current which is generated by the electrochemical reaction catalyzed by alcohol dehydrogenase.And a single chip microcomputer,EM78P458,is used as central control unit.It measures the output of current conduced by the biosensor.Then,the detected current is amplified and processed,and the results are displayed on LCD.Experiment results show that the output of apparatus appears good relativity with that from the automatic biochemistry analyzer.A new accurate way for detecting BAC is provided.
