中浅层细粉砂岩注水井化学防砂试验研究

摘    要:针对我国中浅层细粉砂岐油藏开采过程中严重出砂的问题,研制出一种新型改性呋喃树脂固砂剂,并在青海油田中浅层细粉砂岩油藏水井防砂应用成功。该化学体系施工简便,固结强度高,有效期长,对渗透率损害小。三口注水井固砂效果表明,该固砂剂及配套防砂工艺非常适合青海油田中浅层细粉砂防砂,解决了该油田长期以来未攻克的难题,取得巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:A new modified furan resin sand consolidation agent has been researched due to sand produc tion in moderate shallow fine siltstone reservoir,and it has been applied successfully in Qinhai oil field.It has the advantages such as convenient construction,high consolidation strength,long valid period and small permeability damage.Sand consolidation effect in three water wells has shown that this sand consolidation agent and chemical sand control technique are very useful to moderate shallow fine sandstone in Qinhai oil field.Problem has not been solving for long period has been solved now,and enormous economic efficiency has been obtained in Qinhai oil field.
