预应力钢筋混凝土蜗壳的结构研究与应用

摘    要:高坝洲水电站由于设计水头较高,设计单位建设采用预应力钢筋混凝土蜗壳。为此,进行了预应力钢筋钢筋混凝土蜗壳常规分析计算和三维有限元分析计算,并进行了预应力蜗壳三信仿真材料结构模型试验研究。与此同时,还进行了预应力锚索压缩式内锚结构仿真试验研究。两项试验研究成果,均已用于高坝洲水电站建设之中,葛洲坝集团公司清江施工局负责预应力钢筋混凝土蜗壳的施工,各项技术指标均满足设计要求,并达到优良标准。

Abstract:Due to the high water head of the GHS, the design unit put forward a suggestion of using the pre stressed reinforced concrete spiral case. For this reason, the conventional and the three dimensional finite element analyses and calculations on the pre stressed reinforced concrete spiral case have been conducted and the structural model tests and studies of three dimensional simulation materials of pre stressed spiral case have been made. Meanwhile, the structural simulation tests and studies on the compressible inner anchor of the pre stressed anchorage cable also have been made. The results of tests and studies have been applied in the construction of GHS. The Qingjiang Construction Bureau of China Gezhouba Group Corporation is responsible for the construction of the pre stressed reinforced concrete spiral case. All the technical indexes of such spiral case meet the requirements of design and reach up to good level of standards concerned.
