蓝色氧化钨(F)的 X 射线衍射物相分析

摘    要:用 X 射线衍射对用内在还原性钨酸盐制得的蓝色氧化钨(F)的物相组成进行了研究。在定性分析的基础上,对 WO_(2.9)中可能存在的 WO_3的晶型作了研究。并用增量定量法校核了定性分析的结果。还建立了一种简便、快捷的外标定量分析方法,其绝对误差多数在1%左右。本工作证实,在制备条件掌握严格时,可以得到单一的四方WO_(2.9)、如放宽条件、则在四方 WO_(2.9)中会混有少量正交 WO_3、,含量一般在5%左右。

Abstract:The phase composition of blue tungsten oxide prepared from intramolecular reductionof tungstate has been investigated through X-ray diffraction.On the basis of qualitativeanalysis,the polymorph of WO_3 existed in WO_(2.9) has been studied and the results fromqualitative analysis then checked by dilution method.A simple and rapid external-standardmethod has been developed.The absolute errors are usually around 1%.Pure WO_(2.9) canbe obtained when the preparation conditions are controlled strictly,if not,a few percent(about 5%) of WO_3(ortho.)will appear in WO_(2.9).
