某磁赤褐铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:某铁矿原矿品位46.16%,铁矿物主要以磁铁矿和赤褐铁矿形式存在,有害元素硫含量偏高。基于原矿性质分析结果,采用磨矿—弱磁选—强磁粗选,粗精矿细磨精选—摇床扫选的工艺流程处理,获得了铁品位和铁回收率分别为64.73%和16.51%的磁铁矿精矿、及铁品位和铁回收率分别为56.51%和46.58%的赤褐铁精矿,两种铁精矿含硫量均不超标。

Abstract:The grade of an iron ore is 46.16%,with mainly magnetite,hematite and limonite and relatively high sulfur content.Based on the raw ore analysis results,a "primary grinding-LMS-HMS roughing with its primary concentrate regrinding and reconcentration-table cleaning" process is proposed,and a magnetite concentrate assaying 64.73% Fe with 16.51% recovery and a hematite-limonite concentrate assaying 56.51% Fe with 46.58% recovery are respectively produced,both without overcontent of sulfur.
