摘    要:射流器广泛用于选矿、石油、食品等行业。抽吸压强是射流器的主要性能指标。影响其抽吸压强的主要因素有面积比、喉管长度、喉嘴形状,喉嘴距以及射流角度等。其中面积比、喉管长度及射流角度是影响泵效率的关键所在。通过对某型号射流器的FLUENT数值模拟,证实了找到最优喉管长度、最佳面积比、最佳射流角度是提高射流器效率的有效途径。

Abstract:Ejector is widely used in mineral processing,petroleum,food and other industries.Suction pressure is the main performance index of the ejector.The main factors those influence the suction pressure are area ratio,length of bronchia,shape of jet orifice,distance of jet orifice,jet angle and etc.Among which,the area ratio,the length of the bronchia and jet angle are key factors those influence the efficiency of the pump.Numerical simulation of a type of ejector by FLUENT is carried out and figure out effective approach of optimize length of bronchia,area ratio and ejection angle to improve efficiency of ejector.
