摘    要:刀盘驱动液压系统是盾构液压系统的重要组成部分。本文简要介绍电比例功率自适应控制和变频驱动控制两种刀盘液压系统及其工作原理和特点。该驱动系统与阀控系统相比,具有结构简单、技术先进、性能可靠等特点,特别是节能效果明显。

Abstract:The cutterhead driving hydraulic system is one of the most important hydraulic systems for a shield tunnel boring machine. A cutterhead driving hydraulic system with electric proportional power self-adaptiving control and a system with variable frequency control are introduced respectively. The working principles and characteristics are also discussed. Comparing with corresponding valve-control system, these two systems have advantages of simple structure, advanced technology, reliable performance and low energy consumption, etc..
