表面活性剂复配煤尘亲水性实验研究

摘    要:添加表面活性剂是提高煤尘亲水特性的重要方法,在矿井煤层注水及工作面洒水等降尘工序中有着重要应用。通过采用煤尘亲水性实验、表面张力实验就十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、C9脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)及二者的复配试剂对淮南张集矿和汾西双柳矿煤尘进行了研究。实验结果表明:张集矿气煤煤尘的亲水性好于双柳矿焦煤的煤尘;SDS的最佳润湿质量浓度0.5%,且0.5%SDS复配0.1%AEO-9试液湿润能力在单体0.5%SDS溶液的基础上得到了提高。

Experimental Study on Compound Surfactant with Coal Dust Hydrophilicity

Abstract:Adding surfactant is an important way to improve the hydrophilic properties of coal dust,and has important applications in mine coal seam water injection and face water in dust suppression process.Studys the hydrophilic properties of coal dust in Zhangji coal mine and Shuangliu coal mine with coal dust hydrophilic experiment,the surface tension on sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),C9 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9) and the composite reagent.The experimental results show that:the hydrophilic properties of gas coal dust in Zhangji coal mine is better than the coking coal dust in Shuangliu coal mine.Best wetting of SDS concentration is 0.5%,and 0.5% SDS complex 0.1% AEO-9 liquid wetting ability of the monomer is 0.5% SDS solution 2 times as much.
