煤用捕收剂的研究现状及展望

浮选是提高煤泥利用效率、改善煤泥水质量、减少环境污染的有效方法。随着煤泥"细、杂、难"的特性凸显,高效捕收剂的选择成为选煤厂优化浮选指标、节约生产成本、提高经济效益的重要手段。从烃类油乳化捕收剂、新型复合药剂和反浮选捕收剂三方面阐述了煤用捕收剂的发展及应用现状,并对我国捕收剂的发展方向进行了展望。

Actuality and Expectation on Fine Coal Collector

Flotation is an effective method to improve the utilization efficiency of fine coal,perfect the slime water quality,and reduce environmental pollution.With fine coal becoming finer and hard to floate,the usage of efficient collector is of imporatance to optimize the flotation index,save production cost,and improve economic performance.The current development status and application of collector are expounded from emulsive collector,new complex regent,and reverse flotation collector.And at last,the development direction of the collector is prospected.
