摘    要:针对煤矿工程人员对钻孔瓦斯抽采工艺认识及在安全培训中的不足,以淮南矿业集团潘二矿底板瓦斯抽采场为例,基于三维可视化与虚拟仿真技术进行了底板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采工艺仿真系统的设计与开发,利用3DMAX三维建模软件对矿区煤岩层赋存状况及钻机、注浆泵等设备进行三维模型的创建,提出了系统设计开发的工艺流程,开发了基于三维可视化及虚拟仿真技术的穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采仿真系统。

Abstract:Aiming at the exsiting problems of gas extraction from coal mine engineering personnel for drilling process known as well as the deficiency in the production of training,In huainan mining group,the panji mine two gas drainage stope for example,Raises the based on 3 d visualization and virtual simulation technology of base plate wear layer drilling gas extraction process simulation system design and development,using 3DMAX occurrence of three-dimension modeling software in the mining of coal and rock seams and drainage and drill rigs,grout pumps production machinery and equipment,such as creation of three dimensional model,Put forward the system design and development process.
