摘    要:为了改善难沉降煤泥水沉降效果差的问题,以煤泥水溶液化学性质调控为切入点,探索了影响煤泥水沉降的主要溶液化学离子,其中钙镁离子影响最显著;以钙离子为例,通过比较不同浓度的钙离子沉降试验效果,确定了调控钙离子的有效浓度;利用正交试验,对钙离子浓度和絮凝剂浓度配比进行优化。试验结果分析表明,通过调控煤泥水的溶液化学性质实现煤泥水沉降,具有显著的经济效益和节能减排的意义

Abstract:To improve the poor settling effect of coal slime water,Focu on the controlling of solution chemical properties of coal slime water.Ca2+ and Mg2+ were found as the major factors of coal slime water clarification.Compared settling effect of different Ca2+ concentration to determin the effective Ca2+ concentration.Optimized the concentration ratio of Ca2+ concentration and flocculant concentration through orthogonal test.The result shows that coal slime water settling has remarkable economic benefit and is helpful to energy saving and emission reduction by controlling of chemical properties.
