中原油田污水处理残渣减量技术研究

研究了中原油田污水处理残渣减量技术,结果表明:污泥处理剂与污泥比例为2.2∶100时,污泥量降低34.52%;污泥处理剂可释放污泥中的Ca2+为22.94%,Fe3+和Fe2+为108.33%;污泥处理后产出水水型为CaCl2型,能够和文二污水站来水混合处理。

Study on Pretreatment Technology of Chemical Organic Waste Water

The reduction technique of sewage treatment residue of zhongyuan oiltield are studied, the resuits showed that ： when the ratio of sludge treatment agent and sludge is 2.2 ： 100, sludge volume decreased 34.52%; 22.94% Ca2＋ of sewage sludge is released, Fe3＋ and Fe2＋ is 108.33% ;the water type of produced water of the sludge treatment is CaCl2, and the sewage water can deal with that of Wen 2 sewage treatment plant.
