基于PSCAD/EMTDC的电压跌落评估方法

电压跌落概率评估的结果可以用于预测系统性能及测试各种用于解决电压骤降影响的设备和技术对系统性能的改善作用。现在很多对电压跌落的评估仅仅使用简单的技术对电压跌落进行估计,相对来说很少采用随机评估方法来得到电压跌落的最大幅值和持续时间期望值。首先利用蒙特卡罗方法对故障率进行随机评估,然后再利用PSCAD/EMTDC电磁仿真程序对电压跌落进行仿真评估,针对评估结果采取措施后,再评估,如此循环,最终达到优化整个电网的目的。

Evaluation Method of Voltage Sag Based on PSCAD/EMTDC

The evaluation results of voltage sag can be used in many fields,such as forecasting the system performance and testing the improvement of system performace by using the equipments and techniques which are used to solve the voltage dip.But in most of the evaluations,only simple technique is used to evaluate the voltage sags,the random evaluation method is seldom used to get the expected values of the max.magnitude and the duration of voltage sags.Firstly,Mento Carlo method is used to get the fault rates of the system,then PSCAD/EMTDC electromagnetic simulation procedure is used to analyze the voltage sags,and according to the evaluation results,the measures to solve voltage sags are presented,then the evaluation is carried out again until achieving the opitimization of the whole power grid.
