环己酮缩合制备2-(1-环己烯基)环己酮的研究

摘    要:自制了几种固体酸催化剂,考察了用于环己酮缩合制备2-(1-环己烯基)环己酮的催化活性,并和浓硫酸催化剂进行了比较。结果表明,硅胶负载苯磺酸具有较高的催化活性和选择性;优化反应条件为:催化剂用量2%~35(质量分数)、反应温度135℃、反应时间1 h,单程转化率62%,单程收率57%;及时移出反应生成的水有利于提高反应速率和环己酮转化率。

Abstract:Several solid acid catalysts were prepared for the synthesis of 2-(1-cyclohexenyl)-cyclohex- anone by cyclohexanone condensation,and their catalytic activities were compared with sulfuric acid. The results showed that the benzenesulfonic acid supported on silica gel exhibits better activity and se- lectivity;the optimal reaction conditions are:amount of catalyst 2%-3%(wt),reaction temperature 135℃,reaction time 1 h,the one-pass conversion is 62% and yield is 57%.In addition,the instant removal of the generated water is favorable for improving the reaction rate and the conversion of cyclo- hexanone.
