摘    要:降低炼铁成本是当前适应市场、保证企业盈利的重要手段。针对公司原料不稳定、高炉喷煤量低、热风炉风温低且不稳定现象,通过加强槽下筛分管理恢复热风炉助燃空气和煤气的双预热,对炉前输煤管路、喷枪装置进行改造,采用焦丁混装技术等措施,2#高炉实现了燃料比527 kg/t Fe,实现了低成本炼铁战略,实现降本增效的目的。

Abstract:Reducing cost is an important mean to adapt to market and gain profit.In view of unstable materials supply,low BF coal powder injection,low blast temperature,by strengthening groove screening management recovery furnace air and double gas preheating,rebuilding of the furnace front pipes and coal spray gun device,adopting of coke mixture technology and other measures,low cost strategy has been implemented,and the goal of reducing cost and enhancing efficiency has been achived.
