影响浸没式冷却溜槽冷却效果的主要因素的探讨

摘    要:本文论述了冷凝系统降温设备浸没式冷却流槽,它的降温冷却效果将直接影响到液体金属锌的产量和质量,影响其冷却效果的主要因素有溜槽内冷却排管的热交换效果,循环冷却水水质、水量和水温以及铅泵循环速度等,分析形成原因及应对措施。因此如何控制冷却溜槽的降温冷却效果成为提高粗锌产量和质量的重要途径之一。

Abstract:This paper discusses the hermetic blast furnace of lead and zinc smelting process condensate system critical cooling equipment immersion cooling launder,its cooling effect will directly affect the quality and yield of the liquid metal zinc,effects and its cooling effect is the main factor in the chute into the cooling tube,the heat exchange effect of circulating cooling water quality and water,water temperature and lead pump circulation speed,analysis of causes and countermeasures.So how to control the cooling chute cooling effect to improve the yield and quality of crude zinc is one of the important ways.
