摘    要:2006年8月酒钢1#高炉炉腹6、7段冷却壁有4块冷却壁破损。当时引进使用铜冷却柱技术替代恢复已损坏冷却壁冷却功能效果良好。2007年以来6#高炉炉身冷却壁破损加剧,又引用同一厂家铜冷却柱技术。实践证明该技术是一种成熟可靠而实用的高炉护炉技术。但是随着4×450 m3高炉冷却壁频繁破损,依靠大量外购冷却柱来满足护炉需要的成本非常巨大,而且对企业的局限性很大。我们通过自主研制开发,生产出来可替代外购产品的铜钢一体冷却柱和钢质冷却柱,既节省了外购资金又完全满足护炉需要。

Abstract:4 pieces of cooling wall in the 6 and 7 section of the 1# BF in Jiugang on August,2006,which was recovered using introduced copper cooling columns and worked well.The same source of material was used to recover rest of the cooling wall of the No.1 BF body.Practice has proven that the technology is reliable and practical.But with the frequent damage of the cooling columns in the 4×450 m3 BF,the furnace repair cost is increasing enormously.By independent development,we have produced copper-steel integrated columns and steel columns to substitute for the imported products with reduced cost and meet protection requirement of the furnace.
