提高某氧化铜金矿金属回收率的研究

摘    要:某铜金矿石原矿铜品位0.72%,铜氧化率31.94%,含金3.45 g/t,矿石中含泥量较大,属于难选矿石。针对矿石性质特点,研究了各种氧化铜矿捕收剂以及金银增效剂对浮选的影响,取得了铜品位23.21%,回收率89.91%,铜精矿含金108.04 g/t、含银750.68 g/t,金银回收率分别为87.37%,92.99%的好指标。

Abstract:A copper-gold ore is characterized with copper grade of 0.72%,copper oxidation rate of 31.94%,gold content of 3.45g/t containing large amount of mud,belonging to refractory ore.Several tests were conducted to find out the impacts of a variety of oxide copper ore collectors and gold-silver synergists on the flotation.Good indicators have been achieved with copper grade of 23.21%,recovery rate of 89.91%,copper concentrates containing gold 108.04g/t,silver 750.68g/t,and gold and silver recovery rates of 87.37%,92.99%.
