推芯铆钉组件在机动式装备中的应用

摘    要:推芯铆钉是一种高效的连接方式,作为一种通用件,通常采用大批量生产模式,与机动式装备通常采用的单件或小批量生产模式不太相符,但在机动式装备的结构中应用推芯铆钉结构形式确实能够带来更高的效率。为此,针对机动式装备中较为通用的结构专门定制推芯铆钉组件,既具备较大批量生产的条件,又可以提高生产效率。本文介绍了一个自行设计推芯铆钉组件的实例,对比分析了该组件与原典型结构的功能和优缺点,验证了推芯铆钉结构代替原有结构的可行性,并借以推广推芯铆钉在机动式装备中的应用。

Abstract:The pushing core rivet as a general part,and as an efficient connection method,is usually produced in bulk,which is different from the common producing mode of single unit or small amount for mobile equipments. As it is more efficient, the pushing core rivet component can be customized based on the general structure of mobile equipments, which not only can be produced in bulk, but also can improve the efficiency. This paper introduces one self--design pushing core rivet component in comparison with the original typical structure in terms of functions, advantages and disadvantages, tests the it's feasibility instead of original structure and promotes its application in mobile equipments.
