| 摘 要： | 北展分滞洪区是黄河下游的重要防洪工程。但自建立以来还没有投入使用。随着黄河防洪形势的变化，改变目前这种分滞洪区布置模式的要求也提到了议事日程上。就北展分滞洪区的改造问题，当地政府及有关领导提出了建设济南堰，彻底解决黄河洪水对济南市的威胁，利用黄河水资源为泉城造福的设想。作者通过一维水流泥沙数学模型研究了工程改造过程中的一系列问题，包括洪水分流后的大河泥沙淤积、河道水位变化、对河道防洪功能的影响。

| Abstract: | Beizhan flood detention area is a very important project for flood disaster reduction in the Lower Yellow River.With the rapid economical development in the local area,however,the contradiction between water requirement and flood control becomes an obstacle for the local economical development.This paper presents the research of a preliminary project scheme with a one\|dimensional numerical model to resolve the potential problems in the flood detention area.Results show that the project can benefit both flood control and water resources utilization. |
