摘    要:硫铁矿制酸装置沸腾炉排出热渣的热能一直没有利用,不仅浪费热能,也污染环境。提出利用管式流化床冷渣机回收该热能的方案,介绍其热能回收系统的工作原理、结构组成和特点,分析了热能回收综合效益。投资仅45万元,但年产生效益400多万元。

Abstract:The thermal energy of hot ash in fluidized bed roaster in sulfuric acid plant from pyrite raw material has not been recovered,that results in energy waste and environment pollution.Thermal energy recovery of hot ash by heat pipe fluidized bed ash cooler is proposed,working principle,structure composition and characteristics of heat recovery system are introduced,comprehensive benefit of heat recovery is analyzed.The benefit of RMB 4 million Yuan can be obtained per year with the investment of only RMB 0.45 ...
