磷肥厂降低低压蒸汽系统阻力的节能措施

摘    要:为提高磷肥厂蒸汽的使用效率,讨论如何降低低压蒸汽系统的压力损失,从而可降低背压式汽轮机的排汽压力,多发电,节约能耗。对"836"大型磷肥厂,减小低压蒸汽压力损失0.1 MPa,1年可产生净效益489万元。

Abstract:Based on increasing the effect of steam from phosphate fertilizer plant,how to reduce the pressure loss of low pressure steam system is discussed for decreasing exhaust steam pressure of backpressure turbine,more power generation,energy saving.For836large scale phosphate fertilizer plant,the economic benefit of 4.89 million RMB Yuan is obtained in decreasing pressure loss 0.1 MPa of low pressure steam every year.
