摘    要:根据API规范编写设计程序,提出Spar硬舱壳体结构的优化模型,采用第二代非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对Spar硬舱壳体结构进行优化设计。通过设计实例证明,该优化设计方法的优化结果以及收敛性都比较理想,与原始方案相比,优化设计方案显著降低结构自重。文章最后提出的建议,可作为今后实际设计工作的参考。

Abstract:The optimization method of hard tank shell of Spar is investigated in this paper.Based on API rules,the optimization formulation is proposed and design codes are written.Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) is adopted in the optimization.The optimization technique converges well and the results are good.After the optimization,the structural weight is reduced remarkably.Helpful advice is also provided concerning practical design of similar structures.
