摘    要:按照多层安全防护设计的思想,对离子膜法烧碱装置的安全设施从工艺本质安全、基本过程控制、监测报警系统、安全连锁系统、安全附件、结构防护和应急处置救援防护等7方面来进行设计,从本质上提高了装置的安全性。

Abstract:According to the multilayer safeguard design idea,the safety facilities of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda devices have been designed from seven aspects including basic procedure control,monitoring and warning system,safety interlock system,safety accessories,construction protection and emergency protection measures.As a result,the security of the devices has been strengthened intrinsically.
