摘    要:考察了甲苯气相氧化制苯甲醛反应条件对反应的影响,对负载型和非负载型催化剂的活性作了对比,在此基础上评价了一系列双组分催化剂的活性,然后通过膜反应器不同进料方式的考察探讨了提高苯甲醛选择性和收率的另外一条途径。结果表明,甲苯气相氧化制苯甲醛有一最佳温度,随空气甲苯比增大甲苯转化率和苯甲醛选择性均增加,随空速增大甲苯转化率降低,苯甲醛选择性增加。Mo-Fe中引入载体SiO2后对催化剂性能没有改进。Mo

Abstract:It was investigated for the title reaction over multi components molybdates catalysts that the effects of reaction conditions such as temperature, the ratio of air and toluene, liquid toluene space velocity. There was a optimum temperature for oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde. The conversion and selectivity to benzaldehyde increased with the increasing ratio of air and toluene. While space velocity increased, the conversion decreased and selectivity increased. The catalytic activity of several catalysts such as Mo-Cr, Mo-Mn, Mo-Cu, Mo-Ni, Mo-Co, Mo-Fe, Mo-Bi and Mo-Fe-Si were measured. Mo-Co catalyst was recommended. In membrane catalytic reactor, a certain feeding mode(toluene feeding in shell and air feeding in tube) was in favour of the reaction.
