| 摘 要： | 以水泥厂配料系统为背景，针对原有核于秤系统存在的缺陷，给出了电子秤系统改造方案;结合了PLC控制系统的优势以及电子秤的高精度、高可靠性等特点，详细介绍了系统的软件和硬件配置;通过实际应用，证明了该改造方案具有很多优点；改造后系统的稳定性和精度得到了很大的提高。取得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | On the background of cement ingredient system, aiming at the limitation of formerly nucleon scales systems, a reconstruction scheme of electron scales is put forward. Combining the advantage of PLC control system with the characteristics of high precision and stability in electronic scales, system configuration of hardware and software is introduced in details. By actual practices, it is proved that this reconstruction scheme has many advantages. After the reconstruction, this system gets higher stability and precision, and achieve a better effect. |
