基于J2EE的制造执行系统的可重构性研究

摘    要:根据生产环境变化对制造执行系统(MES)提出的重构要求,提出了MES的三类重构因素;以半导体制造MES系统的重构为例,研究了J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition)技术对三类重构特性的实现.实际应用表明,基于J2EE的MES可快捷地实现系统的重构,能够随生产环境变化与企业需求保持同步增长,具有良好的应用效果.

Abstract:The variations of production environment require that Manufacturing Ex ecution System (MES) can be reconfigured. Firstly, it proposes three types of re configuring origins for MES, introduces a MES based on Java 2 Platform Enterpris e Edition (J2EE) developed for semiconductor manufacturing. Based on these, the methods for achieving three types of reconfigurability are researched. The pract ical application indicates that J2EE based MES can be reconfigured agilely and s atisfy the increase of enterprise requirements.
