摘    要:针对独山子石化分公司乙烯厂部分裂解炉采用热进料模式较难控制其持续平稳操作,对热进料炉对流段及进料管线进行工艺改造,将其改变为冷进料模式,实现了提高双烯收率、降低燃料能耗、减少加工损失、稳定系统等目的。

Abstract:The cracking furnace in Ethylene Plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was a hot feed furnace,so continuous and stable production was difficult to maintain.By revamping the convection section and feed line of the hot feed furnace,it was transformed into cold feed mode,thus improving the ethylene and propylene yield,reducing the energy consumption of fuel,minimizing the processing loss and stabilizing the system.
