摘    要:通过正交试验得到AZ31镁合金无铬、无强氧化物的阳极氧化处理配方及工艺,运用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析及电化学测试系统对阳极氧化膜的组织结构与耐蚀性进行了表征。结果表明,该环境友好阳极氧化工艺可在AZ31镁合金表面形成具有一定耐蚀性的阳极氧化膜;所得阳极氧化膜表面质量好,是一种多孔的陶瓷膜,膜的物相主要是晶态的MgO、ZnO、Mg以及非晶态的MgAl2O4、Mg18Al23等;阳极氧化处理试样的自腐蚀电流密度减小,而腐蚀电位有所提高,说明镁合金表面形成的阳极氧化膜提高了镁合金表面的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:An ideal anodizing electrolytic solution and parameters of AZ31 magnesium alloy were obtained by the orthogonal test.And the microstructure and corrosion properties of the anodizing films were characterized through microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electrochemical measurement system.Experimental results showed that an anodizing film with good corrosion property can be obtained by the anodizing method on the AZ31 magnesium alloy.The anodizing film is a porous ceramic film with a high surface quality which composes crystalline MgO,ZnO and Mg and noncrystalline MgAl2O4 and Mg18Al23.The corrosion current density of the films decreases while the corrosion potential increases,indicating that the corrosion property of the film enhances.
