摘    要:零件机械加工后表面存在毛刺,影响其质量甚至是使用寿命.研究了一种简单易行的化学去毛刺技术:70%磷酸,12%草酸,18%水;先经17℃,10 min保温处理,然后控温45~60℃,保温10~45 min.运用体视显微镜对不锈钢精密零件化学去毛刺后的状态进行了研究.结果显示:化学去毛刺法效率高,设备简单,可以达到各种精度...

Abstract:In view of the effect of burrs of machined parts on quality and service life,a simple and feasible chemical deburring technology was established.The microstructure of the stainless steel precise parts after chemical deburring treatment was analyzed using a stereomicroscope.It was found that the burrs on stainless steel precise parts could be successfully removed by treating with aqueous solution containing 70% phosphoric acid,12% oxalic acid and 18% water at 17 ℃ for 10 min and follow-up treatment in the same solution at 45~60 ℃ for 10~45 min.Resultant treated parts could meet with the requirements for precision,technology and quality,and retain unchanged properties.The present approach relied on simple facility could smoothen the surface of the parts to some extent.
