摘    要:采用慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT),对40Cr钢在海水中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)敏感性进行评价,并结合快慢扫描极化及电化学噪声监测对其在海水中的腐蚀行为进行研究.结果表明:40Cr钢回火后含有粒状渗碳体,在海水中SCC敏感性很小,即在海水中具有较强的抗应力腐蚀能力,噪声电阻倒数1/R<,n>的变化与拉伸试样的不同阶段能...

Abstract:The stress corrosion cracking(SCC) susceptibility of 40Cr steel in seawater was evaluated using slow strain rate tensile(SSRT) technology,and its corrosion behavior was investigated based on rapid and slow scanning polarization as well as electrochemical noise monitoring.Results indicate that tempered 40Cr steel containing granular cementite was not susceptible to SCC in seawater,showing strong ability to resist SCC therein.The change of noise resistance reciprocal(1/Rn) well corresponded to different stage...
