基于PLC控制的聚能射孔弹压药工艺研究

摘    要:针对目前射孔弹压药工艺中参数控制不精确,导致射孔弹穿孔深度及其稳定性下降的问题,提出以可编程程序控制器(PLC)为核心,将PLC与触摸液晶屏(LCD)、比例压力阀、防爆直线位移传感器相结合,改进现有的射孔弹压药工艺,实现单工位一次装模二次加压的压药工艺.改进后压药控制精度高,操作简便,提高了科研试验精度及生产效率.

Abstract:The imprecise parameters control in pressing powder process of shaped charge often leads to the unstability of the perforation penetration and low penetration length.So,a new technics is proposed which combines with the key role-PLC(programmable logic controller),touch LCD(liquid crystal display),proportional pressure valve and flameproof linear displacement transducer to improve the existing technics of pressing powder and realize twice pressurizing in once pressing powder process.Control precision,test pr...
