| 摘 要： | 针对目前射孔弹压药工艺中参数控制不精确,导致射孔弹穿孔深度及其稳定性下降的问题,提出以可编程程序控制器(PLC)为核心,将PLC与触摸液晶屏(LCD)、比例压力阀、防爆直线位移传感器相结合,改进现有的射孔弹压药工艺,实现单工位一次装模二次加压的压药工艺.改进后压药控制精度高,操作简便,提高了科研试验精度及生产效率.
