摘    要:以氧化石墨烯为原料、水合肼为还原剂,采用水热法制备均分散石墨烯,以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、热重(TG)等分析方法研究所得石墨烯的物相、形貌及组成;为了测试电学性能,利用所得石墨烯分散性良好的特点,采用真空抽滤法制得石墨烯薄膜,以SEM观察薄膜的断面及表面形...

Abstract:With clay rectorite as carrier and based template,the Ca-REC/Cu2O nanocomposites have been prepared by chemical deposition.The properties of the nanocomposites have been examined by XRD and SEM.The results indicate that the microstructure of Ca-REC has changed.The lattice constant of crystal Cu2O became smaller as the particle size of the Cu2O got smaller,indicating that the internal stress and surface tension of Cu2O changed.At the same time,none dispersant agents,high concentration of Cu2+ and strong ultrasonic frequency are beneficial to crystallization growth and particle size controlling.
