智能化超声波液体密度计

摘    要:设计了超声波探头的结构,给出了详细的探头制作工艺。描述了超声波密度传感器的电路设计,分析了发射电路、接收电路以及智能化单片机信号处理电路等问题。给出了该传感器的一种实用化温度补偿电路及工业上常用汞的测量数据与化学法的对比表。试验证明:经过该电路的设计和温度补偿电路的修正,测试精度达到0.25%,能够满足工业现场的需求。

Abstract:The structure of the transducer was designed and the detail procedure of the manufacture was described. The circuit of the ultrasonic density meter, included the emitter circuit, receiving circuit and the mart simple-chip computer system were analyzed. A kind of the practice compensation circuit for the temperature was given. And also the measurement data of the Hg and the contrast table for Hg density value with the chemical method was given. Through the test of the transducer and the design of the circuit, included the compensation for the temperature, the precision of the measurement has got 0.25%, which can satisfy the demands from the industrial scene.
