蓄热式连续加热炉数学模型的研究

摘    要:应用封闭灰腔辐射理论,建立蓄热式连续加热炉数学模型.根据模型研究了加热炉炉内温度分布;产量及燃料分配比变化对钢坯温度的影响;空气消耗系数对加热炉生产率和单位热耗的影响.结果表明,模型能真实地反映加热炉的温度制度、供热制度及空气消耗系数与加热炉生产指标的关系.

Abstract:A mathematical model of regenerative continuous heating furnace is established with gray enclosure radiation theory. Based on the model, the temperature profile in the furnace, the influences of the variations of the productivity and the fuel partition on the temperature of steel, and the influence of air consumption coefficient on the productivity and specific heat consumption of the heating furnace are studied. The results show that the model can describe correctly the temperature regime, the heating regime of the furnace and the relationship between the air consumption coefficient and the production index of the heating furnace.
