新型双偶氮红色活性染料的结构与性能关系研究

摘    要:合成了一系列以J酸及其衍生物为偶合组分的双偶氮红色活性染料,并对它们的染色性能参数及耐洗牢度性能进行了测定。对染料的分子结构及其性能之间的关系研究发现,通过对染料分子中取代基的性质及其在染料分子中位置的改变,可以对染料的色光进行调整。染料的分子结构与其应用性能有着密切的关系,在本文研究的范围内,染料分子中亲水性基团的增加,有利于提高染料的提升、移染及牢度性能,但将降低染料的固色率;反之,染料分子中疏水性基团的增加,有利于提高染料的固色率,但染料的提升、移染及牢度等性能将有所降低。

Abstract:J acid and its derivatives were employed as coupling components in the synthesis of a range of bisazo red reactive dyes.The parameters of dyeing performances and wash fastnesses of the dyes were determined.Based on the studies of relations between the molecular structures and the performances of dyes,it was found that colour tone of dyes could be controlled by changing properties and position of substituents in the dyes;with the increasing of hydrophilic substituents in the dye molecule,the build-up,migrati...
