深井充填管道输送系统减压技术探讨

摘    要:随着开采深度的增加,深井矿山越来越多,充填采矿法已显得越来越重要。深井充填管道输送由于充填倍线小,料浆流速大对管道形成了很大的冲击磨损。文中从研究影响充填管道磨损的因素出发,总结归纳出了国内外7种深井充填系统减压技术,并分别阐述了其工作原理和实现途径,为深井矿山充填系统的设计提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:With the increase of mining depth, the deep well mines were more and more. Therefore the backfill mining method was of great important. High slurry flow rate had big impact abrasion on pipeline due to small filling times line of filling pipeline transportation system in deep well. According to the abrasion factors of filling pipeline, seven pressure reducing technologies for the deep well filling system at home and abroad were summarized. The working principle and realization ways of the technologies were expound respectively, which provided important theoretic basis for designing the filling system of deep well mine.
