"十五"期间水电前期工作取得重要成就

“十五”是我国水电建设发展最快、成绩最大的重要时期。在党的十六大精神和国家大力发展水电方针的指引下,水电前期工作取得了重要成就。“十五”期末,已经完成和正在开展的预可行性研究项目53项,总装机容量约9 000万kW;可行性研究项目35项,总装机容量约4 000万kW。完成了全国水力资源复查工作,开展了大江大河河流(河段)的水电规划工作,谱写了水电前期工作的新篇章。

Elaborate Arrangement and Scientific Planning to Make it Smooth the Antecedent Work of Hydropower Development Project during the Period of Tenth Five-Year Plan

The period of the Tenth Five-year Plan is an important era when the construction and development of hydropower in China is carried out to a maximum degree and got the maximum achievement.Under the guide of the principle of State Vigorous Hydropower Development Plan,the antecedent work of hydropower got an important achievement.At the end of Fifteenth Five-Year Plan,53 pre-feasibility study items with the total installed capacity of 900 GW and 35 feasibility study items with the total install capacity of 400 GW have been completed and undergone.The re-check on the National Hydropower Resources Survey has been completed and the hydropower planning work of major rivers has been developed.All these compose a new chapter of the antecedent work of hydropower development.
