| 摘 要： | 为解决新农村建设中面临的村庄建设和发展缺乏宏观指导的问题,通过总结和分析通州区村庄发展存在的问题,按照村庄发展的不同条件,从规模因素、自然条件、城市规划、产业发展基础、区位因素等方面进行综合分析,将村庄分为城镇化型、迁建型和保留型3类,确定建设时序和近期建设重点,进行了规划实施后的效果分析,提出了不同类型村庄的整合策略和发展建议.
