烷基苯分离系统轻油塔操作波动的分析

摘    要:针对烷基苯分离系统中轻油塔的操作波动问题进行了系统分析。结果表明 ,轻油塔进料中苯含量高且组成波动较大引起的塔顶抽真空系统负荷能力不足而导致了塔顶压力的波动 ,塔板泄漏是引起塔操作波动的主要原因。首次提出的噎塞比的概念和塔板振动分析图的方法用于塔设备下限操作的分析十分直观、可靠

Abstract:Disturbance in operation of light oil column of alkyl benzene units was analyzed systematically.The results showed that high benzene content and greater composition changes of the feedstock cause an insufficient duty of the overhead suction system and result in overhead pressure fluctuation.Tray's leaking is the major cause of disturbance in column operation.The concept of chocking ratio and tray's vibration analysis diagrams were put forward for the first time,being available for analysis of columns operated at the lower limit.
