摘    要:根据部队维修现状和测试仪器的可互换性,开发了一种以工控机为核心,以VXI仪器、GPIB仪器、多种总线接口为主体的硬件平台和基于IVI规范的软件平台的机载电子对抗设备ATS.实践表明该系统不仅具有通用性好、操作简单、可靠性高和可扩展性强的特点,而且对于其他电子设备的测量也具有很强的借鉴作用,为形成统一的ATS标准具有一定价值.

Abstract:Based on maintenance status of airborne ECM equipment and instruments interchangeability, the paper presents an auto-testing system (ATS) based on airborne ECM equipment. The hardware platform of the system includes industrial computer core, VXI instruments, GPIB instruments and several bus interfaces and software platform based on IVI specification. It's proved that the system have good general feature, simple operation, high dependability and good expansibility as well as considerable reference value for testing other electronic equipments. It is valuable on achieving ATS criterion.
