摘    要:根据印刷滚筒线速度同步的要求,分析了传统齿轮传动系统存在的适应性差,难以达到高控制精度等缺点。提出了一套电气传动改进方案,以2台步进电机为执行元件,采用微步细分策略驱动,基于差步原理分配驱动脉冲,实时计算2台电机的脉冲比,与标准脉冲比相比较,以决定脉冲分配次序。

Abstract:According to the synchronous speed requirement of printing platen , the paper analyzes the characteristics of traditional gear transmission system that has low flexibility and is hard to controll in high accuracy. The paper gives an improved project in electric transmission,uses two stepmotors as implements and microstep fine-dividing strategy driving,and assigns the drive pulses based on difference step theory,which means calculating the pulse proportion of two stepmotors in real time , comparing it with standard pulse proportion and then deciding the pulse distribution seouence.
