Ni/Al-MoS2应用于硝基苯液相催化加氢制苯胺

摘    要: 在超声波作用下,采用单分子层剥离-重堆技术,正丁基锂柱插MoS2夹层,合成了前驱体LixMoS2和Ni/Al-MoS2复合材料。将该复合材料作为催化剂, 用于硝基苯液相催化加氢制苯胺反应。考察了Ni/Al-MoS2催化剂的n(Ni)/n(Al),催化反应温度、H2分压对其催化活性的影响。结果表明, n(Ni)/n(Al)=0.5的催化剂, 在反应温度383K、H2分压2.0MPa、液时空体3h-1的反应条件下,硝基苯加氢制备苯胺反应获得最大转化率和收率,硝基苯的转化率可达到99.1%,苯胺的收率达到了98.8%。本研究结果为工业装置的技术改造提供了有用的实验依据。

Abstract:Effect of ultrasonic waves, remonitory LixMoS2 and Ni/Al-MoS2 composite were prepared by n-butyl lithium intercalating in the MoS2 layers, using the single-molecular-layer exfoliated-restacked technology. The effect of catalyst on the performance was investigated with liquid-phase hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline over Ni/Al-MoS2 catalysts as probe reaction. The catalyst evaluation results show that the optimum catalyst atomic ratio, reactive temperature and hydrogen pressure are n(Ni): n(Al) =0.5,110℃and 2.0MPa, respectively. Under such condition, conversion of nitrobenzene was 99.1%, the yield of aniline reached 98.8%. This study could provide experimental data for the technical reform of industry equipment.
