带垫板全长锚杆和加钢筋条带的锚喷支护理论分析研究

摘    要:目前,大部分全长锚杆增设垫板,并视围岩强度和施工时间施加大小不等的初锚力。为了定量分析垫板的力学作用和初锚力的支护效果,本文首先分别就软弱和坚硬巷道围岩采用带垫板全长锚固锚杆支护垫板的作用机理以及在无初锚力两种情况下受力分析和计算方法进行探讨。然后,在研究垫板破坏模式的基础上,推导出垫板破坏分析公式。最后还研究了在不稳定围岩实施加钢筋条带全长锚杆支护作用机理及喷层破坏分析方法。此研究为带垫板全长锚杆支护设计提供一个理论计算方法。

Abstract:At present most full column bolts with plates are used and initial anchorage forces are exerted by the plate, depending upon rock strength, and the constructional time. In order to estimate quantitatively the mechanical action of the plate and to evaluate the support effect of the initial anchorage forces,the paper describes mechanism and calculation methods for bolts with bottom plate and the nothing initial anchorage forces for weak and hard rocks. Then,based on the failure model of the bottom plate a formula for calculating platefailure was given. Finally,the mechanism and computing methods for bolting and shotcreting with a steel reinforced strip in unstable rock were studied. This research provides a theoretical method for design of a full column bolt with bottom plate.
