应力控制法维护巷道的数值模拟研究

摘    要:从岩石的全应力-应变曲线出发,建立了描述围岩变形破坏的弹塑性本构方程。应用编制的有限元程序计算分析了应力控制法维护巷道的机制,考察了弱化带布置方式和弱化带有关参数对巷道维护效果的影响。计算结果表明,局部弱化围岩后,巷道应力集中区转向围岩深部,稳定性大大提高;弱化带的布置方式及参数必须根据巷道围岩条件及所处的应力环境分析确定。本程序曾用于淮北芦岭600m软岩巷道爆破卸压试验的数值分析,所得结果与井下实测结果吻合。

Abstract:Based on a complete stress-strain curve of the rock, an elastoplastic formula describing rock deformation failure is established. FEM program is used to investigate mechanism for maintaining roadway by stress control. The layout of weakened zone and the effect of parameters relevant to weakened zone on roadway maintenance is also studied. The calculation results show that after local weakening of the rock, the stress concentration area in the roadway moves to the depths of the surrounding rock, and the stability of rock is greatly improved.The layout of weakened zone and its parameters will be determined by rock conditions of the roadway and stress environment. This program is applied to numerical analysis of pressure relief test by blasting method in a roadway in soft rock at level of 600 m in Luling Mine, Huaibei. The calculated results are in conformity with underground measured data.
