竖井井筒刚性装备计算

摘    要:80年代前,我国竖井井筒刚性装备设计计算的基础大多依据50~60年代有的甚至是40年代以前的实验结果。鉴于当时的实验条件和手段远不能与现在相比,因而在设计工作中发现不少同我国矿山生产实际明显不符的矛盾,很难适应现代矿井设计工作需要。为迅速改变这种局面,我们自1978~1984年采用动态电测手段在国内9个矿井进行了39次工业实验,并对大量实验数据用概率论及数理统计的方法进行了处理和方差、回归分析,在此基础上结合国内外情况,对刚性罐道、罐梁及管托梁计算,提出了一系列新方法。同时,对罐梁层间距、装备疲劳计算等问题提出了自己的看法。

Abstract:Before eighties,the formulae for calculation of shaft equipment in the design were mostly based on the test results obtained in fifties to sixties,or even in forties.Due to the test conditions and testing facilities,the test results are not comparable with those obtained now.Obvious discrepancy was found between the design and production practice.The formulae can hardly meet the requirements for design of modern mines.39 commercial tests were made in 9 mines by using electrical methods from 1978 to 1984.The test data were processed by using probability theory,mathematic statistics and analyzed by using square-error method and regression analysis.Based on this and on the domestic and foreign conditions a number of new methods for calculation of the cageway,buntons and pipeline brackets are proposed.Views for calculation of the intervals of the bunton and equipment fatigue are expressed.
