| 摘 要： | 研究了钢在非电导性和电导性煤中的腐蚀行为。测定腐蚀动力学曲线和电化学参数，并对腐蚀产物的形貌和组成进行观察和分析。结果表明，在中性电解质溶液中，电导性煤和钢之间发生电偶腐蚀，钢的腐蚀速率显著提高。在实验基础上，对腐蚀的电化学机理进行了初步分析，用以阐述钢在电导性煤层中的腐蚀过程，为金属的防腐蚀工作提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The corrosion characteristics of metals in conductiveless coal and conductive coal are studied in the paper. And their kinetics curves and electrochemical parameters are determined. And the appearance features of the corrosion products and their compositions are observed and analyzed. The results show that the corrosion rate of steels is greatly increased when electric-coupling corrosion of coal with electrical conductivity and steel occur in a neutral electrolyte solution.On the basis of experiment, an electro-chemical mechanism of the corrosion is preliminarily analyzed to illustrate corrosion processes of steel in conductivity coal. Thus it provides theoretical criterion for corrosion resistant practice of metal. |
