太钢尖山磁铁精矿烧结性能初探

摘    要:太钢尖山磁铁精矿属高铁、高硅、超强国 粒度铁精矿。实验室试验及工业试验表明,烧结配用尖山精矿时,如果强化掉粒措施不力,随尖山精矿配比升高,大约精粉率每提高10%,烧结利用系数下降2-3%,烧结矿转中度也有下降趋势,采取强化制粒措施后,烧结多配用尖山精矿不会影响其疸,且烧结矿冶金性能完全满足高炉冶炼的要求。

Abstract:The annual nominal capacity of Jianahan Iron Mine of TISC is 1.6 Mt magnetite concentrates. This concentrates is characteristic with high TFe content, high SiO_2 content and super-fine size. The laboratory tests and industry trials both had shown that productivity would decreased by 2% and tumble strength would decreased by 1 percenage point respectively when concentrate rate increased by 10% with no intensified-granulation measures were taken. As countermeasures were adopted, the productivity would not be decreased even if the proportioning rate of Jianshan concentrate increased. The metallurgical properties of the Jianshan concentrate-adding sinters are completely meet the needs of ironmaking.
