摘    要:插装式液压阀具有通流能力大(可达1000L/min以上)密封性能好、抗污染能力强、结构简单、制造容易、通用性好等优点,在一些高压大流量的液压装置中得到了较多的应用。若能根据其优点,将其应用到支架泵站液压系统的设计中,必将会对改善泵站和支架的使用及综合性能起到积极作用。现提出采用插装阀的支架泵站液压系统的设计方案,供制造厂家参考。

Abstract:he design thought and scheme of hydraulic system were put forward which adopted plug-in valve in emulsion pumping station of hydraulic support . The working pr inciple and design main points were analyzed. The conclusion hold: Through repla cing original tube valve with plug-in valve, the working performance of the pump ing station is improved greatly.
