基于DAQ的中频发电机试验系统设计与实现

摘    要:发电机试验系统采用计算机平台和虚拟仪器技术是发展方向。介绍了基于DAQ的中频发电机试验系统的设计与实现。该系统以工业控制计算机为基本平台,以V isual Basic为软件开发平台,多路电压、电流信号同时采样,实时分析和显示电压、电流、功率等电量,并对电压进行谐波分析,完成规定的中频交流同步发电机型式试验和出厂试验。经比较测试,其电压、电流的系统测试误差(引用误差)小于0.3%,其他参数的系统测试误差(相对真误差)不大于0.4%。系统自投入运行以来,性能稳定,准确可靠。

Abstract:It is the developing direction that the generator test system adopts the computer platform and virtual instrument technology.This paper introduces the design and realization of the mid-frequency generator test system based on DAQ.This system takes industrial control computer as the basic platform,Visual Basic as the software developing platform.It samples multi-way voltages and electric current signals at the same time.It analyzes and indicates the electric parameters of the voltage,electric current,power,etc,carries on harmonic wave analysis to the voltage,and finishes standard mid-frequency exchange synchronous generator type test and product test.Through relative test,the system testing errors(quotes the error) of its voltage,electric current are smaller than 0.3%,the system testing error(relatively real error) of other parameters is not larger than 0.4%.Since the system is put into practice,its performance is steady and accurate.
